Access
Roles are defined here and assigned to people, and workspaces give people a predefined start page. The superuser role comes from Microsoft Entra and cannot be changed in Alvminnelig.
Tick what each role may do. A role can only be deleted once nobody holds it.
Assign roles by email. Someone can be given a role before their first sign-in.
A workspace is a start page of its own. Assign one to a role to give everybody in it the same predefined page, or to named people — one name makes a private page for that person. Assigned workspaces cannot be removed by the people who get them.
